Liquidus is an opportunistic development firm.  We acquire residential and commercial projects, with a focus on construction add value or ground up development.  We also buy projects requiring changes in use or zoning required to unlock the true value of the property.

We have real construction experience and typically build for our own portfolio.  We also offer development advisory, construction management and project management advisory services with an extreme focus on quality and detail utilizing best in class sub contractors and service providers.

We manage our assets internally.  Attention to detail, professionalism and a powerful work ethic resonate within our firm.  We manage residential rental, multifamily and commercial office for our portfolio and partners alike.
